A door that's grinding, sagging, or refusing to close isn't a weekend project — it's a call to 5 Star Garage Door Service, and a technician who diagnoses the cause before touching a wrench.
We built our Garage Door Repair service around Wallis, TX customers who need a specialist, not a generalist working outside their depth.
This specialization is why Wallis, TX customers call us back for the same issue instead of shopping around each time.
Technicians walk the full door system on every Wallis, TX call rather than swapping the first worn part they see.
We carry OEM-spec parts sized to actual door weight, not generic hardware that fails again within months.
We explain what failed and what it costs before starting.
Insurance protects your Wallis, TX property in the rare event something goes sideways.
Worn nylon or steel rollers cause most of the grinding noise homeowners report — rollers and hinges wear as a system, so we check both together.
A track bumped by a car or warped by age throws the whole door out of alignment — we realign or replace sections as needed.
Frayed lift cables are a safety issue, not a cosmetic one — we check cable wear on every service call since fraying often precedes a bigger failure.
A dented panel from a backed-into car doesn't always mean a full replacement — panel swaps are color and profile matched as closely as the catalog allows.
Cracked bottom seals and worn weatherstripping let in water and pests — we replace astragal seals and side weatherstripping to restore a tight seal.
An unbalanced door strains the opener motor and shortens its lifespan — we disconnect the opener and manually test balance before quoting.
Reach a live dispatcher at +1-866-597-3069 and describe what's going on with your door.
Most calls see a technician on-site within the hour, dispatch load permitting.
We diagnose the actual cause and explain the fix in plain terms before quoting.
{Work is completed and tested through a full cycle before we call the job finished.|We verify safety function and smooth operation before asking for your sign-off.|Workmanship is backed by our guarantee, not just a handshake.}
